EVENTS + PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
Salary: £32000
Hours: Full Time - including evenings and weekends.
Location: London + Some WFH days per month.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Events & Partnership Manager to join our team to lead both our partnerships and the events + festivals we are involved in over the coming months. The role will involve but is not limited to:
•Managing our current events from beginning to end, this includes booking events with clients, identifying and managing their needs, planning and scheduling of said event and being present to work/cook and take orders at the event on the day.
•To work closely with the Founder to identify events opportunities, reaching out to clients and sourcing suitable partnerships.
•Supporting the managing of our pop-ups and ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently at all times.
•Leading our events team and sending all relevant events onto them to apply with ample time to ensure each event is adequately staffed. This also includes leading the events team on the event day to execute each event flawlessly to the satisfaction of the client.
•Exceptional organisational and communication skills will be required to adequately navigate all areas of each event we are doing.
•As this is a hospitality role, you will be required to cook donuts, serve food and lead by example in providing exceptional customer service at every event or festival we do.
•Our peak seasons are Sep-Dec and April-Aug so this is perfect someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and thrives under pressure.
The Candidate
•Flexible to work evenings and weekends where the event requires and happy to work on site at festivals where the end time is normally into the early hours.
•Able to demonstrate a great understanding of what partnerships and events are a great fit for our brand.
•Exceptional communication skills and able to deal with/manage people of all levels.
•Fast learner with strong analytical skills, financial acumen, project management, organisational skills and ability to prioritise & manage multiple projects simultaneously
•Confident, able to work with minimum supervision to strict deadlines and remain calm under pressure
•A creative thinker who enjoys getting to lead the next phase of our business.
•Must have a UK drivers licence
•Level 2 hygiene trained
•Must be able to manage a team in a fast paced environment
•Actively sourcing new events and partnerships.
•In charge of the events calendar and our partnerships.
•100% flexible to work in multiple locations around the country on any given day.
•Proven experience with events and management of events/festivals is a plus.
•Open to candidates outside of hospitality with events experience OR candidates with hospitality experience but not in events. Happy to consider the right person with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Training will be provided.
