Treats Club is one of London’s most exciting donut brands specialising in experimental donut flavours and creations that you won’t find anywhere else in town. What makes us special? We’re also the only fried to order donut shop in London.


As we expand across London we’re looking for a Pastry/Donut CDP to join our team.


We pride ourselves on “never just doing a jam donut”, as even though we love a classic, we love bringing exciting flavours and combinations to people even more. Innovation is key to our business and we’re looking for an incredible chef who can be a part of that.


The Pastry/ Donut Chef role will see you be responsible for assisting the Head Pastry Chef in producing the highest quality donuts and baked goods every single day.

From donuts to Doissants (our hybrid donut croissant), we’re looking for a Pastry Chef who can help us create some exciting items on our menu with precision every time.


You will have responsibility for mixing dough, rolling, cutting, kneading, shaping, frying, filling and decorating donuts and pastries. As we make our fillings and topping in house this will also be a part of the role: following recipes from our menu with precision every single time.


This role will also see you collaborate with the head chef on menu development and the creation of new flavours. Cleaning/organising and ordering of stock will also be included in the role.


About You:

•You will be a detailed orientated person who takes pride in perfecting each bake.

•You’ll have worked in a professional kitchen previously, specifically working with yeasted doughs.

•You’ll be passionate about donuts and excited to create and develop new flavours for the menu.


The Role:

•5 Days per week - early mornings 5am start. 

•Early morning starts in Hackney, early finish - 5am-2pm. Must be able to work early morning shifts. Ideally you’ll cycle or drive so you can get into the shop easily each day.



•Minimum 1 year in a professional kitchen environment.

•Experience working with yeasted doughs/breads.



•Training will be provided on all recipes and bakery management.
